Terme Snovik (12km/7.5 miles) -Situated in the Tuhinj valley in the heart of the Kamniske Alps, a natural thermal water source has been harnessed to supply a swimming pool complex with a difference. The sparkling pure water is rich in magnesium, calcium and other minerals, needs no chemicals or purification and is said to have theraputic and healing properties.

The Indoor pool facility is open everyday from 9am to 8pm, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday to 10pm.
Indoor pools offer 500 m2 of water area. The temperature of the water in the large pool is 31 0C, in the massage pool 36 0C, and in the children’s pool 32 0C. The large pool includes various water attractions, such as fast river, ground geysers, waterfalls, underwater massages. Bathing in thermal waters provides good physical relaxation, it has a particular healing effect on the back and joints. The indoor part of the thermal area also features numerous water fountains for drinking which has has been proven good for digestion. 

The outside pool facility is open from May to September. The outside part of the thermal area offers 500 m2 of water area, large swimming pool, various slides, climbing nets, children’s pool with a play area and a splashing area. The water temperature in the large swimming pool is up to 29 0C. The area around the pool features grass terraces for sunbathing and a nudist area for those who prefer.

Also available are Turkish and Finnish Sauna's, Solarium, Frigidarium (snow area offers cooling after a hot sauna as the temperature is -5 0C.), various massage treatments and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, diner, snacks, refreshing beverages, fresh salads, trout dishes and various a la carte dishes.
