Our traditional alpine self catering holiday chalet is located in the Kamnik area of Slovenia only 25 minutes from Ljubljana airport, it lies in the North West Gorenjska region of Slovenia within easy reach of the popular tourist attractions of lake Bled and Bohinj and near to the capital city of Ljubljana. An ideal base for walking, family and active holidays the chalet is in the foothills of the Kamnik alps where the mountains, rivers and alpine meadows are breathtaking. The alpine and mediterranean influenced climate make this an ideal area for exploring any number of outdoor activities or just relaxing, taking in the spectacular views and diverse culture that abound in this area.

The chalet is in a tranquil hilltop location above the delightful medieval town of Kamnik. There is plenty of garden and outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful alpine setting of the chalet and there are several very enjoyable walks starting directly from the chalet taking in forests, alpine meadows, the quaint local villages, spectacular views of the mountains and overlooking the whole of the Ljubjana basin.
